Vendor Paid Subscriptions & Advertising

 

Membership is FREE only to bonafide Mail Order Manager Users.   The MOMUSERS GROUP accepts vendors who offer complimentary products and-or services of potential interest to the MOMUSERS community for a fee.  Vendors can participate in two ways:   (1) purchase a basic one-year subscription, or (2) purchase a display advertisement (which includes basic one-year group subscription). 

  1. BASIC SUBSCRIPTION  Vendors pay $240 for a 12-month membership.  Membership includes moderated participation in the MOMUSERS listserv at Google Groups.  NOTE: A Basic Subscription includes up to three vendor email address/contact names.
  2. DISPLAY AD  Vendor-supplied advertisement will appear on the MOMUSERS website, a quarterly vendor press release and a one-year unrestricted group subscription is included at no additional charge.

However, all ads are subjected to approval and may be rejected for any reason at the sole discretion of momusers.com.  If your ad is rejected an immediate refund of your payment will be made and the reason for the rejection will be explained to you.  If you prefer, submit your ad for approval prior to making payment.

 

All ads and membership subscriptions must be pre-paid via Paypal only  (sorry but we do not have a business checking account).   All ads and group subscriptions will run for their full term and are non-refundable.  No exceptions!

Ad Specifications

Your ad may be up to 50 words (company name, phone number, website URL1 and email address each count as one word).  Ads may include a logo (in .jpg or .gif form only) up to a maximum size of 200x150 pixels.  A larger logo may be submited but it will be scale down proprotionately to meet the size requirement.

 

Ad Changes
A fee of $20.00 will be charged for making changes to an advertisement once it has been published.

1 Your ad can be linked to your specified URL at no add'l charge (including a hot link for your company logo), however, you must provide and maintain a reciprocal link to momusers.com on your own website.  Reciprocal linking will improve our organic search rankings (and yours too!) which is why this is a requirement.  Please include Mail Order Manager User Group as the anchor text for your link as shown in the HTML below.

Ad Placement

Ads are placed vertically, from top to bottom on a first come, first served basis.  If an advertiser drops out, all other ads will move up.  Ads will be rotated periodically.

 

NOTE: Advertisers who post messages (on this site and the Google Group) are expected to stay on topic.  Posts which are determined to be too self serving or promotional by nature except when announcing new products or services or responding directly to subscriber input may be deleted by our discretion.
