Advertising Rates & Terms
MOMUSERS.COM accepts advertising from all vendors offering a product or service that they believe will be of value to mail order manager and sitelinke users. This includes advertisements from vendors with competitive products. However, all ads are subjected to approval and may be rejected for any reason at the sole discretion of momusers.com. If your ad is rejected an immediate refund of your payment will be made and the reason for the rejection will be explained to you. If you prefer, submit your ad for approval prior to making payment.
We offer two ad terms, six months or one year. All ads must be pre-paid prior to publication via Paypal only (sorry but we do not have a business checking account). All ads will run for their full term and are non-refundable. No exceptions!
Momusers.com is non-profit. All advertising revenue is reinvested to promote this site.

All ads will appear in one of two forums (plus the home page if you choose that option): E-Commerce or Third-Party Products & Services. Choose which forum you want your ad to appear in when placing your insertion order.
Ad Specifications
Your ad may be up to 50 words (company name, phone number, website URL1 and email address each count as one word). Ads may include a logo (in .jpg or .gif form only) up to a maximum size of 200x150 pixels. A larger logo may be submited but it will be scale down proprotionately to meet the size requirement.
Ad Changes
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for making changes to an advertisement once it has been published.

1 Your ad can be linked to your specified URL at no add'l charge (including a hot link for your company logo), however, you must provide and maintain a reciprocal link to momusers.com on your own website. Reciprocal linking will improve our organic search rankings (and yours too!) which is why this is a requirement. Please include Mail Order Manager User Group as the anchor text for your link as shown in the HTML below.

This link to momusers.com does not have to appear in conspicuous place but it must appear on your website somewhere visiible and where search engines can crawl to find it.
In addition, please feel free to use any of the logos below, but only in addition to the anchor text and link requirement above.
Ad Placement
Ads are placed vertically, from top to bottom on a first come, first served basis. If an advertiser drops out, all other ads will move up. No other preferencial positioning is available.
NOTE:
Although all registered momusers visitors may read and post messages on the forums, only vendors that are currently advertising on momusers.com may do so. This insures that only legitimate, sponsoring vendors will have a voice here. Vendors who violate this rule may have their posts deleted and their membership in momusers.com may be revoked without notice. Advertisors who do post messages are expected to stay on topic. Posts which are determined to be too self serving or promotional by nature except when announcing new products or services or responding directly to subscriber input may be deleted by our discretion.
